Welcome to Specialty Built Construction L.L.C. — your premier builder specializing in both custom Timber Frame and Conventional Structure Homes for custom homes, additions/remodels, and light commercial construction in the Seattle Washington/Puget Sound Area and the Greater Portland/Salem/Eugene areas including the Coastal area, I-5 corridor and Central Mountains of Oregon. Our homes feature Radiant Floor Heating, Structural Insulated Panel Systems, and the most state-of-art low voltage/line voltage wiring system.

Specialty Built Construction L.L.C. is a full service General Contractor and Construction Company, building custom Timber Frame Post & Beam homes since 1991, and managing each project from consulting, house design, architectural support, engineering, permit filing, interior design services, and budget analysis, to completion.
